Travel Sales Associate (Pioneer Sales Account) – Cebu IT Park

Location: Cebu IT Park, Cebu City

Job Type: Full-time | Onsite | Voice Account

About the Role:

Join our pioneer travel sales account and be part of a growing team that helps customers with hotel reservations, travel bookings, and upselling opportunities. If you have a passion for customer service and at least 1 year of BPO sales experience, this is your chance to build a rewarding career in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Travel Sales Associate, you will:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to hotel reservations and travel services
  • Assist customers in booking, modifying, or canceling hotel stays
  • Provide personalized travel recommendations to match customer needs
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services (room upgrades, travel packages, partner offers)
  • Ensure accurate data entry for bookings and customer information
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Deliver excellent customer service experience while achieving sales targets

Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School Graduate, 2nd-year College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
  • Minimum 1 year BPO Sales Experience (preferably in Travel, Sales, Upselling, or Telco)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work onsite at Cebu IT Park

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Earn up to ₱42,000 monthly
  • Up to ₱12,000 Account Incentives
  • 20% Night Differential
  • HMO coverage on Day 1
  • Clothing Allowance
  • Transportation Allowance
