About the role

Here in Iloilo Southprime Developers Inc., a Sales Admin Associate is responsible for delivering comprehensive support to the daily operations of the satellite office(s). This role primarily involves overseeing the general upkeep and organization of the sales office and showrooms, ensuring a clean, orderly, and professional environment conducive to both staff productivity and customer engagement.

What you'll do

  • Maintains the orderliness and cleanliness of showrooms and sales office
  • Ensure that marketing collaterals, sales kit, and all other sales-related forms and documents such as but not limited to Prospective Buyers Registration Forms, Reservation Agreement, Letters of Intent, Acknowledgment Receipt, Brokers Accreditation, and Brokers Accreditation forms, brochures, flyers are complete and available
  • Conducts monthly inventory of supplies and consumables
  • Assists in the periodic inventory of assets – furniture, equipment, etc.
  • May assist in company activities – Admin and HR Related
  • Monitors the operations of Housekeeping personnel
  • Daily monitoring and weekly reporting
  • Provides timely liquidation of all expenses
  • Act as custodian of office supplies
  • Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

What we're looking for

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Real Estate Management, Business Management or any related field
  • With at least two (2) years of related working experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication for client interaction
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deals, documents, and timelines
  • Willing to start as soon as possible
