  • Have experience in litigations both Criminal and Civil cases, handles corporate matters.
  • Have experience in drafting pleadings, and other legal documents
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and autonomously, but at the same time, a good team player;
  • Must be analytical, confident, driven, and passionate about the law and the legal profession; and
  • With high level of integrity and professional accountability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle litigation cases including criminal, civil and administrative cases, quasi-judicial bodies and government agencies
  • Handle Corporate Housekeeping
  • Consult with clients to ascertain the details and merits of each case
  • Drafting of pleadings, legal documents, legal opinions, contracts, reports, among others
  • Represent clients at meetings, hearings and trials
