Sales Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Live Transfer Call Management:
You will receive live transfer calls directly from our SDR team, who have already engaged with potential clients and identified qualified leads. Your task is to seamlessly continue the conversation initiated by the SDRs, leveraging their insights and rapport to further qualify prospects and progress them through the sales pipeline.
2. Inbound Inquiry Handling:
In addition to live transfers, you will be responsible for processing inbound inquiries from various sources, such as website inquiries, emails, and phone calls. You will promptly respond to these inquiries, addressing customer questions, providing product information, and guiding prospects through the purchasing process.
3. Lead Qualification and Opportunity Identification:
Through active listening and probing, you will qualify leads by assessing their needs, challenges, and buying intent. By understanding the prospect's pain points and objectives, you will identify opportunities to position our products or services as solutions that meet their requirements.
4. Solution Presentation and Consultative Selling:
Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of our products/services, you will deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the specific needs and interests of each prospect. Through consultative selling techniques, you will articulate the value proposition, benefits, and differentiation of our offerings, effectively influencing the prospect's buying decision.
5. Sales Process Management:
You will guide prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. This involves managing communication channels, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and navigating potential obstacles to ensure a smooth and efficient sales cycle.
6. Pipeline Management and Reporting:
It is essential to maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. You will diligently update lead statuses, track progress through the sales funnel, and provide regular reports on key performance metrics to management.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional English written and verbal skills
- Native or near native English required
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a
minimum
of 5+ years of closing experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and G Suite.
