Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all employee scorecards are updated.

  • Achieve a 98% accuracy rate in reflecting employee performance against set goals in scorecards.

  • Review and update existing job descriptions to include all relevant responsibilities and requirements by the end of the year.

  • Obtain approvals for updated job descriptions within 10 days of submission.

  • Develop new job descriptions within 5 business days of receiving a request.

  • Achieve a 90% satisfaction rate among department heads and hiring managers regarding the quality and clarity of new job descriptions.

  • Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring that 95% of appraisals are completed on time.

  • Support the goal-setting process, ensuring that 95% of employees have submitted their goal-setting forms.

  • Contribute to process improvement by redesigning and automating the appraisal process.

  • Provide 100% assistance and adherence to the calendar of activities and events as needed.

  • Support other HR and OD projects and initiatives as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1 year of experience in an HR or OD role preferably, with a focus on performance management and job design.

  • Strong understanding of performance management principles and best practices.

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AI tools and HR information systems.
