Job Role

The main responsibility of this role is to provide crucial support services for different HR units, focusing on Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Centre for Learning.

This includes drafting vital documents such as memos and meeting minutes, scheduling hearings and proceedings, checking the completeness and proper filing of employee documents, encoding PAR ratings, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of employee lists.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports related to annual PAR.
  • Update trackers for internal job rotation and transfers.
  • Prepare employee memos pertaining to employee movements.
  • Ensure the completeness of consolidated PowerPoint presentations for candidate promotion.

This role also involves updating position titles, department, and division of transferred and/or newly promoted employees in the table of organization, conducting exit interviews for non-officer separated employees, and performing other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Key responsibilities include:

Key skills required for this role include administrative support, document preparation, data entry, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience in HR.

This is an entry-level full-time permanent position with a seniority level of entry level. The ability to commute or relocate to Pasig is a requirement.
