Organizational Change Leader

\Job Description:

The role of the Organizational Change Leader is to spearhead organizational change initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption and effective execution. Key responsibilities include developing detailed change management documentation, maintaining records of all change-related activities, and tracking the effectiveness of change processes.



This leader must possess expertise in communication materials, training content, and process documentation related to organizational change. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are essential. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in monitoring and tracking the success of change initiatives using metrics and feedback.



Responsibilities also include collaborating with subject matter experts and project teams to create engaging user guides and educational resources that support employees in adapting to new processes and systems. Additionally, the leader will coordinate and assist in the scheduling and execution of training sessions, workshops, and informational meetings as part of change implementation.



Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role may include employee readiness, engagement, overall transition success, and feedback collection from employees and managers. Regular progress reports on key change metrics will be required to ensure timely adjustments to communication or training strategies as necessary.



Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in change management, Human Resources, training, or a related area
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
