The Real Estate Associate will be responsible for generating leads, managing clients, marketing property listings, and closing real estate transactions. This role requires a driven, proactive, and customer-oriented individual who can represent RE/MAX Signature with professionalism and excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, online marketing, and property events.
  • Manage buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
  • Conduct client needs analysis and provide appropriate property options.

2. Property Listings & Marketing

  • Source, inspect, and evaluate new listings (residential, commercial, and investment properties).
  • Create and manage online and offline marketing materials, including photos, videos, property write-ups, and social media posts.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Team for premium listing exposure under the RE/MAX brand.

3. Sales & Negotiation

  • Conduct property viewings, site inspections, and presentations.
  • Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate agreements between parties.
  • Assist clients through the entire transaction process from offer to closing.

4. Documentation & Compliance

  • Coordinate with sellers, buyers, brokers, and developers for required documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of contracts, agreements, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain CRM records and update transaction pipelines regularly.

5. Teamwork & Professional Development

  • Participate in RE/MAX Signature training programs, sales meetings, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with fellow associates to grow listings and client networks.
  • Uphold the RE/MAX Signature values of integrity, professionalism, and excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php100,000.00 per month
