Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located for North projects. The Real Estate Agent will manage property sales transactions, provide excellent customer service, and assist clients with buying, and selling real estate properties. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, generating leads, negotiating, and staying updated on market trends and property values to provide insightful advice to clients.

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License is required.
  • Proficiency in Real Estate practices, including property evaluation and market analysis.
  • Experience in Sales and Real Property transactions, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends in the Philippines is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
