Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and compile required documents, ensuring compliance with guidelines
  • Follow detailed procedures to complete housing-related tasks accurately
  • Engage with prospective tenants to collect necessary information and schedule activities
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and organize property data
  • Utilize Excel to manage and streamline data efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with U.S. offices or authorities to resolve issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to replicate complex tasks
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management
  • Confident in handling professional phone calls
  • Resourceful and capable of thorough research

Preferred Skills:

  • Administrative support or customer communication experience
  • QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
  • Familiarity with U.S. real estate systems
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take initiative
