We are seeking a proactive and highly driven HR Recruitment Officer to join our growing team. This role requires a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates emotional maturity, and possesses the resourcefulness to meet staffing demands across various positions.

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Manage job postings, candidate databases, and recruitment analytics to track hiring performance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical hiring practices.

Qualifications:
