The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for hiring high-performing sales teams,
owning the full sales recruiting lifecycle, and partnering closely with hiring
managers to identify profiles that align with both role requirements and company
culture. He/She shall drive proactive sourcing through various channels, assess
sales competencies, and negotiate offers aligned to compensation bands. This
role requires maintenance of data accuracy of the recruitment tracker, other
databases and documents, report hiring performance and share market insights to
optimize time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and offer-acceptance rates among other
key performance indicators. This role requires excellent communication, and
strong organization and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage sales requisitions end to end, from sourcing, and screening to
assessments, interviews, and offers.  
2. Build diverse sales pipelines via different sourcing channels
3. Schedule panels, debrief applicants and interviewers, and ensure a fast,
candidate-friendly experience.  
4. Present offers, negotiate within bands, and manage candidate expectations on
incentives, commissions, and start dates among others.
5. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract active and passive
candidates
6. Keep the applicant tracker, requisitions, and other records current.
7. Report hiring performance on a regular basis.
8. Ensure accurate documentation, consent, and adherence to local hiring
practices.  
9. Write clear, inclusive job ads; run campaigns and events to attract sales
talent. 
10. Help track talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor
movements to refine hiring strategy.
11. Performs other related tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned from
time to time.
Minimum Requirements:
1. At least three years of  full-cycle recruiting with focus on sales roles,
preferably in the BPO/BPM/Shared Services or a similar setting.
2. Proven proficiency in both free and paid sourcing channels.
3. Proficiency in competency-based interviewing, with focus on the ability to
evaluate quota attainment, pipeline metrics, and sales behaviors.  
4. Excellent written and spoken English skills.
5. Confidence in candidate and stakeholder management.  
6. Strong prioritization and follow-through across multiple requisitions.
