We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic
Deal Support
(OBV)
to join our team in the Philippines.
Deal Support (OBV)
- This role is a specialized function within our global deal support (chat) unit.
- Primarily dealing with incoming tickets related to OBV, the position requires a comprehensive understanding of deal support and related solutions to assist across various queues during periods with no OBV requests.
- For OBV-specific tickets, meticulous attention to detail is essential. This involves reviewing specific values, ensuring the accuracy of related confirmations in the system, and forwarding any inaccuracies to the appropriate experts for resolution.
- OBV agents are tasked with identifying patterns that could potentially lead to system automation, demonstrating a proactive approach to enhancing efficiency within the deal support process.
Qualifications
- Can start immediately
- Can work in either a day or mid-shift schedule.
- Available for an interview on September 16 and 17 (anytime).
- Open for a contractual role (renewable based on performance; subject to permanent absorption based on performance).
- At least a year of experience in IT Helpdesk, BPO (CSR,TSR), VA
- At least a College level or Vocational is OK.
