About the Role

We're hiring Customer Support Specialists to serve as the first line of communication for players around the world. You'll handle inquiries, solve problems, and help ensure that every player feels heard and supported.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to player tickets, chats, or emails related to gameplay, accounts, billing, or technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues according to defined workflows.
  • Gather player feedback and report recurring problems or bugs to internal teams.
  • Ensure fast, clear, and empathetic communication with every interaction.
  • Maintain consistent support quality, tone, and knowledge across regions.
  • Work in rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays) to support a 24/7 operation.

What You Should Have

  • 0–5 years of experience in customer service, community support, or live ops.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Bonus: Proficiency in additional languages (e.g. Tagalog, Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese, Spanish).
  • Comfortable using tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar platforms.
  • Tech-savvy with an understanding of mobile or PC games.
  • Empathetic, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.
