RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Encoding, grooming, and scanning of documents.
  • Uploading of scanned files into the system and indexing it using the metadata program.
  • Responsible for filing, sorting, retrieval, and safekeeping of electronic and hard copy documents.
  • Works with precision to ensure that all electronic and hard copy filling is accurate.
  • Develops and prepares reports for daily progress of projects using MS Excel.
  • Coordinates with Supervisors through emails and phone calls to ensure smooth operations.
  • Knows how to create and perform reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree or Senior High School in IT/Computer Science or any related course.
  • Open for Fresh Graduates
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Project Based Contract (6+Months - With chance to extend to years)
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Compressed workweek for Saturday)
