Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Accounting, Finance.
  • Trainee specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in encoding daily transactions (e.g., sales, expenses)
  • Help reconcile receipts with expense reports
  • Organize and file invoices, receipts, and vouchers
  • Assist in preparing journal entries (under supervision)
  • Assist in following up on outstanding receivables
  • Encode supplier and client details into the system
  • Schedule meetings or calls for the finance team
  • Maintain inventory of financial forms and supplies
  • Help digitize old financial records
  • Run errands related to finance operations (e.g., bank runs, photocopying)
