  • Carry out management duties such as training, supervising, counselling, scheduling and evaluating department staff
  • Manage the membership database system, tracking monthly and monitoring membership renewals
  • Deal with daily administrations accurately ensuring all prospects are added to the database and any other enquiries are handled appropriately
  • Actively recommend activities such as Fitness Classes
  • To provide further consultation to members to ensure that memberships are made and sales are closed
  • Promote and sell the fitness group class
  • To ensure that all checklists in the department are completed and monitored
  • Balance operational, administrative and Colleague need
  • Maintain consistent focus on achieving departmental goals or sales targets.

Qualifications for Performance Supervisor

  • Ability to make informed and difficult decisions
  • Ability to adapt to the changing pace of a variety of programs
  • Ensure all incoming emails of member inquiries gets accrued handled and answered accordantly
  • Ability to be consistently mindful of successful reaching of department goals with new member enrolment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
