This role focuses on client communications, payment follow‑ups, and light financial administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Job Highlights Hourly Rate: USD 5 Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 15 hours Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM PDT (Castro Valley, CA) Work Arrangement: Work from home Contract: Independent Contractor Side Note: As a permanent work‑from‑home independent contractor, candidates will need their own computer, internet, benefits, and taxes. The rate is based on performance during the application process. Responsibilities Draft and prepare service agreements for new and existing clients, including sending agreements. Follow up with clients regarding pending or overdue payments. Record and update payment entries in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Send out new invoices and collect payments. Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements. Requirements Previous experience in administrative support or accounts receivable preferred. Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO). Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
