As the Corporate Marketing Manager for Food Service, you will be at the heart of crafting and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand presence in the food service sector. You'll lead initiatives to understand market trends, develop targeted campaigns, and collaborate with sales and product teams to bring innovative food solutions to our customers. Your role is pivotal in positioning our company as a leader in providing high-quality, efficient, and delicious food service options.
Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the food service industry.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth in the food service sector.
- Campaign Management: Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and trade shows, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with product development teams to launch new food service products, creating marketing materials and strategies to support successful market entry.
- Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell food service solutions, including presentations, brochures, and case studies.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and manage programs to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction, including customer events, feedback surveys, and personalized communications.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for the food service division, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand standards and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing activities, reinforcing our company's reputation in the food service market.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, social media, and email marketing, to drive online engagement and lead generation.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of marketing experience in the food service industry, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Deep understanding of the food service market, including trends, customer segments, and competitive dynamics.
- Strong skills in market research, strategic planning, campaign management, and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present marketing plans and results to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage marketing projects effectively.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month
