DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Hire skilled workers such as carpenters, designers, installers, and administrative staff with experience in modular cabinetry or construction.
  • Screen candidates for technical skills (e.g., familiarity with modular systems) and customer service aptitude for fast food client interactions.

2. Employee Relations

  • Address workplace conflicts, particularly in high-pressure environments like construction sites or tight project timelines.
  • Foster a collaborative culture to ensure smooth coordination between design, production, and installation teams.

3. Training and Development:

  • Organize training warehouse production techniques, safety protocols, and client-specific requirements (e.g., fast food brand standards).
  • Provide ongoing skill development for new materials, tools, or software used in cabinetry design and production.
  • Ensure employees are trained in customer service to maintain strong relationships with fast food clients.

4. Compensation and Benefits:

  • Manage competitive wage structures for skilled tradespeople and administrative staff, aligning with construction industry standards.
  • Administer benefits like health insurance, overtime pay, or project-based incentives to retain talent in a competitive market.
  • Ensure timely payroll, especially for project-based or hourly workers.

5. Policy Implementation:

  • Develop HR policies that address the unique needs of a construction-focused business, such as travel to job sites or flexible scheduling for fast food installations.
  • Enforce policies on quality control and client satisfaction to meet the expectations of construction and fast food clients.

  • Conduct performance reviews

  • Oversee office and warehouse operations, including inventory management for product materials and tools.
  • Coordinate with vendors for supplies like wood, hardware, or specialized equipment.
  • Manage logistics for delivering modular cabinetry to construction sites or fast food locations.

8. Compliance and Record-Keeping:

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and construction industry safety standards to protect workers on job sites.
  • Maintain records for employee certifications, licenses (if required), and project-related documentation.
  • Adhere to labor laws specific to construction and fast food industries, including overtime and workplace safety.

9. Workplace Safety:

  • Implement safety training and protocols for handling tools, machinery, and on-site installation risks.
  • Ensure fast food client sites meet hygiene and safety standards during cabinetry installations.

10. Strategic Planning:

  • Align HR strategies with business goals, such as scaling operations to meet growing demand from fast food chains or large construction projects.
  • Plan workforce needs based on project pipelines, ensuring adequate staffing for peak periods.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast labor needs for expanding into new markets or client segments.

Industry-Specific Considerations:

  • Focus on hiring and retaining skilled tradespeople who can deliver high-quality, custom modular cabinetry under tight project timelines.

12. Fast Food Clients:

  • Emphasize speed, precision, and adherence to brand standards (e.g., uniformity for chain restaurants). Train staff to handle quick-turnaround installations with minimal disruption to client operations.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have:

  • Handling workers and office personnel, HR related concerns, and handling team of 4 -10 members.
  • HR professional with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation, and compliance in construction and modular cabinetry.
  • Skilled in sourcing tradespeople and staff, aligning workforce planning with project timelines and client needs.
  • Strong background in employee development, safety training, customer service, and performance management.
  • Experienced in payroll/benefits administration, policy creation, and fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Knowledgeable in OSHA compliance, labor law, and strategic HR planning to support business growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
