Job Description
The Admin Staff with HR background handles administrative and human resources functions to support smooth hospital operations. The role includes employee record management, recruitment support, HR documentation, and coordination with various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and attendance logs.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of hospital staff.
- Support HR processes such as leave management, benefits administration, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing, schedules, and HR-related concerns.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, labor laws, and confidentiality protocols.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and office organization tasks.
- Assist in training and employee development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably with experience in hospital or healthcare administration.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and hospital operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) if applicable.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
- Able to work regular office hours, with flexibility if required.
