JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management).
  • Design, develop, and enhance ITSM processes and workflows.
  • Customize ServiceNow through business rules, client scripts, UI policies, notifications, and data policies.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and service delivery metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable recommendations for process and service enhancements.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to align service delivery with organizational goals.
  • Maintain system documentation, process definitions, and reporting procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration and/or development.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow (workflows, scripting, automation).
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • ServiceNow certification (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITSM) is a plus
