Role Summary

Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
  • Customize workflows, user interfaces, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Assist with deploying ServiceNow features and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within existing ServiceNow applications.
  • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide training and support to end users on ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Maintain documentation for developed applications, system changes, and integrations.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and new features, implementing where applicable.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback, proactively making adjustments to improve user experience and system capabilities.
Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Must have 4 years of experience in ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL framework.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator) are a plus.
