ServiceNow Engineer

Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00AM - 3:00PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

The ServiceNow Engineer will be an integral part of our client's ICT Team, working on innovative ServiceNow based projects that provides service desk, customer engagement solutions and streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on ITSM, CSM and TPSM.
• Mandatory experience with Service Bridge integration, including implementation and support for provider/consumer workflows.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Strong understanding of the ITSM and CSM data model, case lifecycle management, and customer portal customization.
• Experience in configuring TPSM elements such as engagement channels, commitments, and domain separation (where applicable).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and spokes, especially those relevant to partner service integration.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Strong experience in ITIL processes

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT relevant field is preferred
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification
• ITIL certification

What will you do?

Operational Performance:

• Develop and configure custom solutions in ServiceNow, focusing on ITSM, CSM and TPSM modules.
• Lead implementation and customization of Service Bridge integrations with external service providers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integration points using REST, SOAP, and Service Bridge standards.
• Create and manage data models, record producers, catalog items, and inbound/outbound flows for provider-consumer interactions.
• Participate in design and architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with platform best practices and governance.
• Conduct unit testing, support QA and UAT cycles, and resolve defects promptly.
• Maintain platform documentation, including technical specifications and configuration records.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within business and after hours as required.
• Support after hour application changes and deployments.
• Keep up with emerging technologies and trends and introduce them to FBAU ServiceNow portfolio.
