The ServiceNow Software Tester Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions through manual functional, system, regression, and exploratory testing. They will work closely with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to validate requirements, identify defects, and help deliver stable, high-quality applications on the ServiceNow platform.

This position focuses primarily on manual testing and peer-to-peer validation, with test automation experience considered an advantage. If you are detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to contribute to high-quality ServiceNow implementations, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance (ServiceNow or SaaS platform testing is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of system, functional, regression, and exploratory testing
  • Familiar with Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Experience with collaborative tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, GitHub)
  • Knowledge of testing processes, defect tracking, and STLC phases
  • Exposure to ServiceNow platform and Automated Test Framework (ATF) is an advantage
  • Certifications (ISTQB, Agile Tester, or ServiceNow CSA) are a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in collaborative environments
