Job Description

To be responsible for performing array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stocks, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and retrieving stocks and other.

Job Responsibility

DAMAGE

  • In charge in segregating damages (Donation, Disposal & Replacement) from shipment and from QC department.
  • Encode the damages in ledger.
  • Prepared and segregate the damaged stocks for delivery.
  • Removed the medical mission FOC and in-house deliveries in inventory ledger.
  • In-charge in physical inventory of damage stocks.
  • Counts, check and records boxes received for replacement.
  • In charge in replacing the damaged stocks for replacement.

INCOMING/OUTGOING DELIVERIES

  • Assist in preparation of outgoing deliveries.
  • Assist in shipment for segregation and replacing of damage boxes.

Job Qualification

  • Graduate of any Business Administration related course
  • Preferably with a minimum of 1 year experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance
  • Knowledge in inventory control
  • Able to work under pressure.
