Warehouse Operations

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, supplies, and products.
  • Store goods in designated locations following warehouse layout and safety standards.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare products according to customer and production orders.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Dispatch and Delivery Coordination

  • Schedule, coordinate, and oversee daily dispatch operations.
  • Prepare dispatch documentation (delivery receipt, invoices, etc.).
  • Verify order accuracy and ensure all goods are properly labeled and packaged.
  • Communicate with drivers, logistics providers, and customers to confirm delivery details.
  • Monitor and track deliveries to ensure on-time and complete delivery.
  • Handle any dispatch or delivery issues, such as delays or damaged goods.

Inventory and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Update stock movement logs and generate daily/weekly dispatch reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation for receiving items and outbound shipments.
  • Report stock shortages, damages, or losses to the warehouse supervisor or logistics manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
