The Warehouse Officer is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

He ensure inventory accuracy, maintain stock records, and coordinate warehouse operations to optimize efficiency and productivity.

The role also involves managing system encoding of materials, including tracking costing prices, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Inventory & Stock Management and monitor stock movement, ensuring timely replenishment of materials.

·       Maintain accurate records of stock levels and transactions and conduct regular stock audits, including cycle counts to prevent discrepancies.

·       Take charge in the Warehouse Operations & Logistics, as well to Supervise the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.

·       Coordinate with suppliers and transport teams for timely deliveries, to ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials, and System Encoding & Costing. To be able to smoothly process the encoding and updating of records of the incoming and outgoing materials in the system.

·       Maintain accurate costing prices for materials and inventory transactions and Generate reports on stock movements, costs, and inventory status.

SAFETY & COMPLIANCE: Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety regulations, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, including to Oversee proper handling and operation of warehouse equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, and inventory management
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (ODOO) and inventory software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • With two (2) working years of experience in a Construction Warehousing Management
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and warehouse procedures.
  • Physical stamina for warehouse activities when required.
