About the role

As the Supply Chain Manager for Good Pastry Café', you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the company's supply chain. Based in BF Homes Paranaque City Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you responsible for overseeing the procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes that support the café's daily operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify and secure the best suppliers for raw materials, ingredients, and equipment
  2. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers to optimise costs, quality, and delivery times
  3. Oversee the inventory management system to maintain optimal stock levels and minimise waste
  4. Coordinate the transportation and logistics of all incoming and outgoing goods to ensure timely delivery
  5. Analyse supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with the company's broader business objectives
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar supply chain management role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
  2. Strong working knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory management best practices
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve supply chain issues
  4. Proficient in the use of supply chain management software and data analysis tools
  5. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  6. A proven track record of optimizing supply chain operations to drive cost savings and efficiency improvements
  7. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
