Supply Chain Manager

Location: Remote

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

Salary: 45k to 55k depends on experience

Shift: Graveyard

Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead global sourcing, procurement, and logistics for our nutritional supplement brand. This role ensures efficient, cost-effective product flow from supplier to customer while maintaining high standards for quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that balance customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
  • Manage sourcing, procurement, and material planning to meet changing product demand.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure smooth intercompany transfers and deliveries.
  • Partner with Sales and GMs to design cost-effective distribution solutions.
  • Monitor inventory levels across internal and 3PL warehouses to ensure proper rotation and working-capital efficiency.
  • Collaborate on freight optimization and consolidation strategies.
  • Oversee accurate use of NetSuite ERP for purchasing, inventory, and reporting.
  • Qualify and manage new product manufacturers to meet quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain or operations management, ideally within nutritional supplements, food, or CPG.
  • Strong background working with 3PLs and contract manufacturers.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements for nutritional products is a plus.

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
