What You'll Be Doing

  • End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement, production planning, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution to ensure uninterrupted product flow.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging—focusing on quality, cost, and food-safety compliance.
  • Demand & Forecast Planning: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and optimize inventory levels.
  • Food Safety & Compliance: Ensure all supply chain operations comply with food safety standards.
  • Cold Chain & Shelf-Life Management: Monitor temperature-controlled logistics, product shelf life, and handling processes to maintain product quality and minimize waste.
  • Inventory Optimization: Track and analyze inventory trends, implement FIFO/FEFO, and reduce stockouts, overstocking, and material obsolescence.
  • Logistics & Distribution: Manage inbound and outbound transportation, route optimization, and third-party logistics providers to achieve timely customer deliveries.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance sustainability using lean and data-driven approaches.
  • Risk Management: Identify operational risks (supplier issues, seasonality, transport delays) and create mitigation strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with QA, R&D, Production, Finance, and Sales teams to support new product launches and operational readiness.

What We're Looking For

  • Industry Experience:

  • Background in the food & beverage, agri-food, frozen/chilled goods, or FMCG sectors is a strong advantage.

  • Experience with shelf-life–sensitive products, cold chain logistics, or high-volume production environments.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)

  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills; comfortable with Excel/Power BI.
  • Knowledge of food-safety standards: HACCP, GMP, ISO, or similar.

  • Leadership & Communication:

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage supplier relationships.

  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Operational Mindset:

  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.

  • Qualifications:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Food Technology, Business, or related field.

  • Professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
