Responsible for overseeing and strategically managing all aspects of the company's supply chain, including warehouse operations, inventory management, and transport logistics, to ensure maximum efficiency, cost effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Strategic Leadership and Planning

  • Lead Supply Chain Department: Provide comprehensive leadership and direction to the entire Supply Chain team, encompassing warehousing, inventory, and transport functions.
  • Strategy Development: Strategize the whole operation, developing, implementing, and monitoring long-term plans to optimize the supply chain network for speed, cost efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Performance Management: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all supply chain operations (e.g., delivery time, inventory accuracy, logistics costs, order fulfillment rate) and ensure team targets are met or exceeded.

Warehouse, Inventory, and Operation Management

  • Warehouse Manager (Oversight): Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensuring processes adhere to best practices and safety standards.
  • Operation Lead: Act as the primary operational lead, managing the day-to-day functions of the logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of delivery schedules.
  • Inventory Control: Ensure high inventory accuracy through effective control measures, including managing cycle counts, periodic physical inventories, and reconciliation processes.
  • Roving Audits: Conduct regular (Monthly / Quarterly) roving checks across warehouses to verify physical inventory counts, assess facility organization, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and spot-check operational performance.

Transport and Delivery Management

  • Transport Manager (Oversight): Manage and strategize the fleet and transportation network, optimizing routing and scheduling for effective deliveries.
  • Cost Efficiency: Lead / Monitor fleet rates with external carriers and implement load consolidation techniques to minimize transport costs while maintaining service quality.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Implement delivery strategies focused on meeting and exceeding customer expectations, ensuring on-time and damage-free delivery.
