About the role

Wonderzyme Inc. is seeking a full-time Technical Assistant to join our team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our warehousing, storage and distribution operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the set-up, maintenance and troubleshooting of warehouse equipment and systems
  • Coordinating the receiving, storage and distribution of goods and materials
  • Monitoring inventory levels and stock movements, and reporting on any discrepancies
  • Providing administrative support to the warehouse management team
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and quality standards
  • Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse operations and making recommendations

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical or warehouse support role
  • Strong working knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
  • Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations
