Regular Tasks:

  1. Assist employees with technical problems and IT related matters such as, but not limited to, configuration, troubleshooting of hardware, etc. and provides appropriate solutions.

  2. Will be tasked to handle all wayfinding related concerns.

  3. Conduct maintenance to ensure that all systems are efficient and all working.

  4. Attend and assist to clients' needs on IT related matters.

  5. Assist in installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed.

  6. Ensuring security updates are up to date across all systems.

  7. Assist in providing technical support for security-related issues, such as malware, phishing, and unauthorized access attempts.

  8. Presenting findings, reports and solutions to upper management

  9. Studying devices and implementing the best security protocols for everything from cell phones to tablets to laptops.

Periodic Tasks:

  1. Prepare maintenance report for all existing software.

  2. Conduct orientation for new personnel on hardware and software applications.

  3. Ensure that technical software is renewed and updated.

  4. Document policies and procedures which will serve as IT standards and guide.

  5. Escalate to the President/VP-Production all potential risks, IT related problems, downtime or slowdown of network or any systems, equipment theft, any unauthorized access, damage to equipment caused by natural calamities or otherwise, failure of service providers to deliver and other matters which the President/VP-Production should be aware of.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other computer course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to be assigned for a project based position
  • Skills in analysis and evaluation
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical and security issues.
  • Highly knowledgeable in operating systems/hardware maintenance/work stations
  • Customer service skills to interact professionally and positively with employees and coworkers
