Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Associate located in Mandaluyong. As a Technical Support Associate, your daily responsibilities will include providing technical support for desktop computers, assisting customers with troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also identify and resolve problems promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Technical Support with expertise in resolving issues related to desktop computers
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify, assess, and troubleshoot technical problems effectively
- Customer Support skills with the ability to handle inquiries and provide clear, empathetic assistance
- Competency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues through Troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in documentation and maintaining detailed technical records
- Relevant certifications or experience in the IT or technology field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in technical fields is an advantage
