We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
People Coordinator
to support daily HR operations and enhance the employee experience across the field and corporate teams. Reporting to the People Manager, this role handles the full employee lifecyclefrom onboarding and background checks to policy guidance and internal communications. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding process for new field employees, including initiating onboarding tasks and completing the I-9 verifications.
  • Coordinate and process background checks when needed.
  • Maintain employee lifecycle documentation and ensure accuracy of internal tracking systems.
  • Monitor and respond to HR-related inquiries via the HR inbox.
  • Respond to questions regarding the employee handbook, benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Review mainline voicemails and route messages to the appropriate departments or team members.
  • Support talent department initiatives:

  • Sourcing talent & scheduling interviews

  • Onboarding
  • Talent Communications
  • Time & Attendance
  • Collecting & submitting receipts & expenses

  • Coordinate and schedule corporate team candidate interviews.

  • Work closely with the Finance Department to support streamlined weekly payroll.
  • Ensure information sharing and acknowledgement of labor laws and policy compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required, preferably in HR or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in HR, People Ops, or Office Administration.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and iSolved, Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience and excellent knowledge of onboarding processes
