About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented People Administrator to support our staff and ensure all internal processes run smoothly. This role plays a key part in keeping our team compliant and organized — covering everything from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, staff records, and compliance checks. Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities and manage smooth staff onboarding.
- Collect, review, and process staff timesheets accurately.
- Handle payroll processing, ensuring timely and error-free payouts.
- Maintain updated and accurate staff records.
- Track and monitor staff licences, training, and compliance requirements.
- Run internal compliance checks and ensure policies are being followed.
- Provide HR administrative support (leave requests, policy distribution, etc.).
- Organize and support staff events, including training sessions and celebrations.
Required Experience
- Previous experience in administration, HR, or payroll support.
- Experience with recruitment coordination or HR documentation is an advantage.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with sensitive staff information.
A Successful Candidate Must Have
- A positive, "can-do" attitude with accountability for tasks.
- Strong process-driven mindset and ability to spot compliance gaps.
- Flexibility to support other team members when required.
Proficient With
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- HR systems, payroll tools, or databases (advantageous)
