Your Role:

As a Property Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate and track all maintenance and repair work orders from initiation to completion.
  • Monitor vendor and internal team performance to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of repairs.
  • Oversee and document property turns, ensuring readiness within established timelines.
  • Work closely with property managers, tenants, and vendors to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, invoices, and budgets.
  • Support adherence to property management policies and compliance requirements.
  • Follow up consistently to ensure issues are closed out and billing is processed within deadlines.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Previous experience in property coordination, facilities, or maintenance management is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with internal teams, tenants, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • The client will accommodate qualified applicants with local (Philippine) experience.

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Experience with AppFolio is highly preferred.
