Are you a hands-on CNC Programmer who thrives on turning production drawings into precisely cut wood and steel components? We're looking for a detail-focused, problem-solving technician who can own the programming process from drawing interpretation to machine setup — all within the fast-moving world of custom exhibition stand fabrication.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on one-off builds, works well with shop drawings, and brings programming rigour to a creative, design-driven environment. At Expo Centric, every detail matters — and precision starts with you.

What You'll Do
- Translate production drawings into CNC-ready programs for MDF, ply, and light-gauge steel components
- Set up CNC routers and cutting equipment, selecting tools, speeds, and feeds based on material and job requirements

- Collaborate with detailing, design, and fabrication teams to clarify requirements and support job readiness
- Maintain clear documentation and continuously improve programming efficiency, nesting logic, and repeatability

What You Bring
- 3+ years' experience in CNC programming (G-code) and machine setup
- Comfortable working from shop/production drawings — not reliant on engineering CAD files
- Experience with CAM software (e.g. Fusion 360, Vectric, EnRoute) and file nesting for short-run jobs
- Confident working with wood and steel; understands tooling selection and material constraints
- Proactive, methodical, and supportive team player across departments
