About the role

WYNN PLAZA is seeking a skilled and experienced Building Administration Officer (Condominium) to join our team in Manila City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of our condominium property.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate the administrative functions of the condominium, including reception, record-keeping, and resident communication. Monitor and supervise the building administration front desk officers, security personnel, maintenance & janitorial personnel, and accounting assistants in relation to the building collections & disbursements, work permits, mobilization & demobilization of contractors, access to building amenities & parking spaces.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the condominium's common areas, facilities, and equipment.
  • Have knowledge about facilities such as STP, Water Leaking, Lobby renovation, tiles and wall repainting and other related projects. Liaise with service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure the smooth running of the building.
  • Respond to and resolve resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with the implementation of the condominium's policies and procedures
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation related to the condominium's operations. Renewals &/or updates of permits licenses, and others government compliance.
  • Coordinate with contractors to do the punch lists
  • Other related task that may be assigned.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in condominium or residential property management, with knowledge of building operations and resident services
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with residents, service providers, and the management team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with property management software
  • A customer-focused approach with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
