Company Overview:

We are a growing trading company specializing in renewable energy solutions, particularly solar street lights. We are expanding our presence in the Philippine e-commerce market and looking for motivated individuals to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and operate Lazada and Shopee stores on a daily basis.

Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, categories).

Plan and implement online promotions and campaigns to boost sales.

Monitor inventory, process orders, and coordinate with logistics providers.

Analyze sales reports, track KPIs, and propose improvement strategies.

Respond to customer inquiries and ensure excellent after-sales service.

Coordinate with designers to develop high-quality product images and marketing content.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields (preferred but not required).

At least 1–2 years of experience managing Lazada or Shopee stores.

Knowledge of online advertising tools (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Search, Facebook Ads) is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.

Good communication skills in English and Filipino.

Familiarity with solar / electronic products is an advantage.
