E-commerce Sales Representative

Job Overview: Manage and grow sales across Lazada, Shopee, by optimizing product listings, executing campaigns, and building strong client relationships. This role includes meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer support. as well as handling outbound telesales to acquire and support corporate and direct clients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize online stores on Lazada and Shopee.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and flash sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers.
  • Respond promptly to customer and reseller inquiries.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Track and report sales performance with actionable insights.
  • Live sell products through Tiktok live, and other social media mediums
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to target corporate clients, SMEs, and other B2B prospects.
  • Present tailored solutions (e.g., GPS tracking systems, fleet management tools) to meet client needs.

Collaboration

  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams to support sales efforts.
  • Work with designers and content creators to produce engaging promotional materials.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Monthly and quarterly sales growth on e-commerce and telesales channels.
  • Conversion rates, traffic, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Number of new customers
  • Campaign ROI and sales performance during promotions.
  • Customer satisfaction metrics (response time, ratings, reviews)

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Experience:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce sales or telesales (corporate/B2B)
  • Familiarity with Lazada/Shopee Seller Center and online campaign tools
  • Background in selling tech products or solutions is an advantage

Skills:

  • Strong verbal communication and telesales skills
  • Proficiency with e-commerce tools and data dashboards
  • Analytical mindset with ability to generate actionable insights
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
