About the role

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at the Trancendental Relection Restaurant Group in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will see you playing a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting customers and guiding them to their tables
  2. Presenting and explaining the menu, making recommendations, and taking orders
  3. Preparing and serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
  4. Ensuring tables are cleared, cleaned and reset promptly after each use
  5. Assisting with stock management and inventory control
  6. Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times
  7. Following all health, safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience working as a Food and Beverage Attendant or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers
  3. Excellent attention to detail and the capacity to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  4. A friendly, professional and helpful attitude
  5. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  6. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
