We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Property Management Support VA to provide end-to-end support for a Florida-based real estate professional. In this role, you will help manage administrative workflows, client communications, and operational tasks that span vacation rental management, property management, and real estate sales. We're seeking someone who thrives on organization, prioritization, and acting as a trusted partner to ensure business operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the client's calendar and inbox, including scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Draft, edit, and send professional correspondence to clients and business partners.
  • Track invoices and financial records for rentals and property management tasks.
  • Maintain updated spreadsheets, reports, and other business documentation.
  • Monitor task management tools such as Asana to keep projects on track.
  • Build and maintain organized databases of client, partner, and industry contacts.
  • Assist in prioritizing projects and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Coordinate logistics for property viewings, guest turnovers, and client meetings.
  • Manage rental bookings and guest communications with professionalism.
  • Prepare listing materials and support coordination for upcoming real estate launches.
  • Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive client and financial information.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in calendar and inbox management, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Proven background as an Executive or Personal VA.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
  • Experience supporting real estate professionals or handling confidential information.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Google Workspace, Asana, and rental platforms.
  • Real estate and/or property management background strongly preferred.
  • Ability to foster and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Interest in supporting a purpose-driven business led by a cancer survivor.
