Join our dynamic Trust Department as a Trust Marketing Officer, where you'll lead business development initiatives, launch innovative trust products, and drive client success across market segments.

What You'll Do
  • Drive Growth: Lead sales presentations, onboard new trust accounts (IMA, TOFA, UITF, retirement funds), and tailor proposals to client needs.
  • Shape Products: Conceptualize and launch trust products, design implementation mechanics, and coordinate with Legal and Compliance.
  • Engage Clients: Conduct suitability assessments, manage trust accounts, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold regulatory standards, support audit readiness, and monitor marketing activities for governance alignment.
  • Lead & Mentor: Supervise Trust Marketing Associates and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in trust marketing, investment product development, or financial services
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (BSP, fiduciary standards)
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
