About the client: The Ortus Club

The Ortus Club is a B2B marketing company specializing in virtual and in-person knowledge-sharing discussions.

Our experienced team runs approximately 50 events a month, striving to curate intimate gatherings that bring together senior executives and thought leaders across various industries. We help them create meaningful connections and insightful discussions that can start innovative business relationships by providing an environment for them to engage in candid conversations, share best practices, and explore new opportunities.

The Role

BGC, Taguig (hybrid)

10 AM - 7 PM PHT

At The Ortus Club, our Marketing Generalists are hands-on contributors to every stage of campaign development—from ideation to execution. You'll work alongside a global team to drive brand visibility, support event marketing, and create content that connects with executive audiences across sectors and geographies.

This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys switching between creative and analytical work.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and content channels
  • Write and edit copy for social media, blogs, and landing pages
  • Manage social media platforms and community engagement
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics
  • Support lead generation, nurturing, and CRM management
  • Conduct market and audience research to inform strategy
  • Help out in other aspects of the marketing team as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or agency settings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Experience managing digital campaigns and content calendars
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, CRM platforms, and social schedulers
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent time management
  • Comfortable working independently and across teams in a fast-moving environment
  • Passion for connecting with audiences and delivering value through marketing
