As the company scales to its next phase of growth, they are seeking an experienced Marketing Head with a senior manager–level background, preferably from FMCG or retail industries, who can elevate brand strategy, lead national campaigns, and transform customer engagement.

This is a role for a seasoned, strategic, and commercially driven marketing leader ready to make a significant footprint in a fast-growing retail organization.

What You Will Lead
Strategic Brand Leadership
  • Set the end-to-end marketing vision, ensuring strong brand positioning across all channels.
  • Lead nationwide ATL/BTL campaigns, trade marketing programs, and consumer activations.
Traditional & Retail Marketing Excellence
  • Oversee merchandising, in-store promotions, point-of-sale materials, and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Develop market strategies that drive store traffic, conversion, and customer loyalty.
Market Intelligence & Insights
  • Lead consumer research, category analysis, and trend assessments to guide brand direction.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Operations, and Store Teams to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Work closely with agency partners, suppliers, and external stakeholders for seamless execution.
Team & Budget Management
  • Lead and grow a marketing team to deliver high-performance output.
  • Manage multimillion-peso marketing budgets and ensure maximized ROI.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a strong advantage).
  • Minimum 8–12 years of progressive marketing experience.
  • At least 5 years in a senior managerial role, handling national-level brand or marketing operations.
  • MUST HAVE experience in FMCG or retail — strong preference for candidates who handled traditional marketing, nationwide campaigns, and/or brand management for consumer products.
Skills & Competencies
  • Expertise in traditional marketing, trade marketing, brand development, and retail activation.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into execution.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams, agencies, and large-scale marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience working closely with sales and operations teams.
