Job Title: Sales & Marketing Head (Electrical Engineer)

Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Head will lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of sales and marketing initiatives for the company's energy and lubricants portfolio. The role is responsible for driving market growth, expanding customer base, and ensuring profitability across key business segments.
This position requires a Registered Electrical Engineer with a strong commercial mindset and proven expertise in managing B2B industrial clients, energy solutions, and technical product applications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with Total Philippines Corporation's overall business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential business partnerships within the energy, industrial, and power sectors.
- Lead the development of annual sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Drive sales growth for fuels, lubricants, and related energy products through technical and consultative selling.
- Oversee key account management and ensure long-term relationships with major industrial, commercial, and institutional clients.
- Develop pricing strategies, monitor margins, and ensure competitive positioning in the market.
- Supervise the performance of the sales team, ensuring alignment with KPIs and company standards.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with corporate communications for product launches, events, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels and materials.
- Provide technical support and product training to clients and sales teams, ensuring accurate application of electrical and energy solutions.
- Coordinate with the Technical and Engineering divisions for customized energy solutions, installation support, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, energy efficiency standards, and sustainable energy technologies.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team through continuous learning and performance management.
- Foster a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technical Services).
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Licensed Electrical Engineer preferred).
- Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of combined experience in sales, marketing, and business development in the energy, industrial, or manufacturing sector.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership capacity, handling nationwide or regional sales operations.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, client acquisition, and revenue growth in a technical industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and industrial energy solutions.
- Knowledge of lubricants, fuels, and energy efficiency applications is highly desirable.
- Proficient in CRM tools, data analytics, and digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
