About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Volume Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in recruitment and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment. While prior experience in volume hiring is a plus, it is not required – what matters most is motivation, adaptability, and a keen interest in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and engage potential candidates across various channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely hiring.
  • Support recruitment campaigns and initiatives aimed at attracting high volumes of candidates.
  • Participate in job fairs, virtual events, and other talent acquisition activities.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in hiring priorities and maintain a high level of efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative.
  • Prior recruitment or HR experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • CAN START IMMEDIATELY
  • Can be able to interview candidates in a daily basis.
