PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors kitchen and outlets' adherence to food safety and quality standards of the hotel.
  • Coordinates with Pest Control partner of the hotel to ensure pest free environment
  • Monitors supplier accreditation and audits
  • Monitors and ensures receiving of raw materials follows hotel standards
  • Conducts regular food safety trainings
  • Conducts internal food safety audits

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 – 2 years of work experience in a similar position gained from food manufacturing company, hospitality establishment or similar high-volume operations establishments.
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Biology, Microbiology, or other related courses

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Good administration skills
  • Possess good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Minimum intermediate level understanding of Microsoft application, including word, excel, and outlook
  • Good oral and written English communication skills

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Performs other reasonable job duties as assigned from time to time
  • Food Safety Training/Certificate: HACCP or ISO 22000 preferred
